How We Execute Your Project

1. Site Inspection & Planning

Our engineers visit your site in Dubai to assess structural conditions, identify hazards, and prepare a detailed demolition methodology. We handle all Dubai Municipality permit applications on your behalf

2. Mobilization & Site Setup

We deploy the right equipment — excavators, breakers, cranes, and tipper trucks — and set up site hoarding, dust control, and safety barriers before demolition begins

3. Execution & Monitoring

Our demolition crew executes the project according to the approved plan with daily safety monitoring. All works follow UAE OSHAD and Dubai Civil Defence regulations.

4. Clearance & Handover

Once demolition is complete, we remove all debris, backfill as required, and hand over a clean, cleared site. Full waste disposal certificates and project completion reports are provided.
